The Inn has 23 rooms on three floors, 14 guest rooms and 9 suites. The rooms have been upgraded during the current owner’s tenure. Store fronts and buildings have a fresh new veneer and stylish boutique shops have given the main street a new vitality. The Waterhouse Center town ice skating rink is located next door and provides great social activity to the community year round. The historic buildings continue to be the focal points of the community. In addition to the historic Inn, the library, town hall, churches, private homes and mansions and the Brick Store Museum, the Kennebunks history museum, are all prominent historic treasures. The nearby beaches and the village of Kennebunkport are accessible by car or the town trolley that stops at the Inn. Day trippers have a wide variety of coastal towns, lighthouses and Maine byways to explore. The area is a primary tourist destination which offers a multitude of attractions.
