The City of Lancaster had previously approved an additional 33 spaces and would most likely approve existing plans with some updating. The property is under rent control and average rent for long term tenants is approx $260 per month while market rent is $450 to $500 per month. Current management has opted to keep 13 of the 40 spaces as short term rentals at $100 to $125 per week. The park generally remains fully occupied and is fully occupied at present.
