This tract is offered for $2,000,000 or best offer, and is being sold by “judicial sale” under court order in Watauga County, North Carolina Case No. 25SP000025-940, the sale being conducted by the undersigned Commissioner, for the heirs of Frank Chappell. The sale will be pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes 1-339.1 through 1-339.40, and will be a “private sale” based on an offer acceptable to the Commissioner.
