Chapel Hill Shopping Center is located five miles west of downtown Fort Worth, on the southwest corner of Hulen Street and I-30. The center is anchored by a high performing Central Market (HEB), The Container Store, and Cost Plus World Market. The Chisholm Trail Parkway opened in 2014. The 27.6-mile tolled highway was planned for more than 50 years. The highway opening has spurred major growth in Clearfork, a previously undeveloped section of Edwards Ranch. Clearfork will have thousands of new homes, as well as a over 3 million s.f. of office and retail. Clearfork is also a medical hub - Forest Park Medical Center opened last year and is helping to attract other medical related businesses to the area.
