Built in 1971, the property consists of 18 units across three buildings. Situated on a private full acre of land with an abundance of off-street parking, Citizen East’s layout provides a private and quiet setting, while maintaining excellent visibility on NE Killingsworth St., which has a traffic counts of over 10,000 cars per-day. The unit mix is comprised of two - 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units, fourteen - 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units, and two - 3 bedroom 1.5 bath units. The three bedroom units are in a single level duplex with large private back yards making it a desirable single family option. With larger unit sizes than a majority of the newer construction apartments in the area, residents benefit from additional space and new amenities, but at a cost-point significantly under the competition. The recent renovations of all units included remodeled kitchens with stainless-steel appliance packages, white shaker cabinets and quartz counters. All lighting and plumbing fixtures were replace throughout, new doors and trim were installed, and the bathrooms received new vanities and new tub surrounds in select units.
