Built in 1971, the property consists of 18 units across three buildings. Situated on a private full acre of land with an abundance of off-street parking, Citizen East’s layout provides a private and quiet setting, while maintaining excellent visibility on NE Killingsworth St., which has a traffic counts of over 10,000 cars per-day. The unit mix is comprised of two - 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units, fourteen - 2 bedroom/1 bathroom units, and two - 3 bedroom 1.5 bath units. The three bedroom units are in a single level duplex with large private back yards making it a desirable single family option. With larger unit sizes than a majority of the newer construction apartments in the area, residents benefit from additional space and new amenities, but at a cost-point significantly under the competition. The recent renovations of all units included remodeled kitchens with stainless-steel appliance packages, white shaker cabinets and quartz counters. The parking lot was resurfaced and striped along with a new catch-basin installed, and new signage, lighting, and landscaping was replaced across the property.
