About Coral Springs
Coral Springs sits in the northwestern corner of Broward County, by the Everglades, and close to the border with Palm Beach County. The area spans from Sawgrass Expressway to the west, Florida’s Ronald Regan Turnpike to the East, W Atlantic Blvd to the south and Holmberg Rd to the north. North University Drive bisects the area. Most industrial buildings are located on the western side of this locale, by Florida’s Turnpike, and on the southeastern corner near Route 441.
Coral Spring’s connectivity is one of the major draws for tenants. Trade and logistics and some manufacturing companies are the largest tenants in this area. They include Emser Tile & Flooring, the largest privately-held designer and marketer of tile and natural stone in the country, Aldora, a glass and aluminum company, and Cusano’s Bakery and Lupin Pharmaceuticals, a generic pharmaceuticals marketers.
