Built in 1918 and with photos dating back to 1929, The Pie building, named for its shape, was home to a variety of uses: a restaurant, bank, and wholesale stovetop shop. With strong bones but an awkward layout, the building, which was vacant and run-down at the time of purchase, required a creative approach. Prince Concepts brought the building back to life by opening the floor-plan and installing new systems. The once-dark interior is penetrated by natural light, while retaining the integrity and warmth of its original materials - wood, brick and concrete. Comprised of three large commercial spaces, The Pie is home to Prince Concepts, an advertising agency and a custom jewelry designer and manufacturer.
