-The studio measures 9 x 14 feet and has a full wall of windows that let in plenty of light. It is on our second floor with 5 outside steps to get to it. There is a built in cabinet with closed shelves on the bottom half and open shelves on the top half for storage. Easy access to restroom and exits. It can fit 2 massage beds for couples' massages as well. It is very tranquil setting that houses Licensed Massage Therapists, an Esthetician and a Reiki Master on the same floor.

We are open to other professional, creative uses of space including artist and/or yoga studios, etc
All utilities, on site laundry privileges, and snow removal included in rent. The room is offered as is, having been freshly painted in the Fall of 2015. Any alterations are the responsibility of the tenant with approval from the landlord.
