This property was formerly anchored by a boutique movie theatre. The current owner replaced them with AMC Theatres back in 2016 with AMC contributing $5M to renovate the space. Starbucks has been a tenant since 1994 and completed a full renovation in August 2023. There are lots of developments happening in Glen Cove. In 2019, RXR Realty constructed Village Square, a mixed-use development containing 15,600 square feet of retail space, 146 luxury apartments, and a 16,500 square foot public plaza.
