Prior to joining NorthStar, Chad co-founded Leasehold Corporation of America, a niche real estate insurance company while successfully pursuing investment and development opportunities in the local Nashville area. Chad began his real estate career with the Nashville office of DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley).
Chad holds a double major in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Auburn University where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors.
