They were in it for a number of years, and then they moved to their own building. After that, nTelos Communications moved in around 2000 and they stayed until 2018. One of the most important factors that goes with this property is the 76 car parking lot in front with a gate entry if desired. Parking is included in the rent, which is set at $20 per square foot full-service gross, meaning that the landlord pays all costs attributable to the property including real estate taxes, insurance, utilities, janitorial labor and supplies, HVAC maintenance, light bulb replacement, and virtually every other cost which would come up.
