Willard Overlock, Vice President of Leasing
Will Overlock, Vice President, Reckson, is a real estate professional with over fifteen years experience in leasing and brokerage.  Reckson is a division of the Cappelli Organization, a major developer and owner in Westchester County New York and Fairfield County Connecticut.  At Reckson, Will is a member of the leasing team based in White Plains, New York where he is responsible for the leasing of Reckson’s Westchester and Fairfield portfolios.  In addition to leasing, Will also assists in property management, asset management, project management, development and acquisitions throughout the portfolio of assets.

From 2006 to 2016 Will worked in senior positions in the commercial real estate industry in New York City, most recently at Cushman & Wakefield.  He was a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s  #1 producing brokerage team in Lower Manhattan.

Will is currently the president of the board of the NAIOP Suburban New York and Connecticut chapter.  He is a member of the New York Real Estate Board of New York and a member of the Young Men’s & Women’s Real Estate Association.

?Will is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in American History.  Will also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.  He lives in New Canaan, Connecticut with his wife and their three children.
Larry Kwiat, Senior Vice President Leasing
Larry Kwiat received his undergraduate degree in business from The Catholic University of America, and his Masters in Real Estate from New York University.  Larry started his real estate career with Halpern Enterprises in 1994 in the leasing department and has risen to his current position with Reckson, a division of SL Green Realty Corp., via Reckson's acquisition of Halpern in 1995 and SL Green's acquisition of Reckson in 2007.  In addition to his responsibility of leasing the Connecticut portfolio, Larry oversees leasing for SL Green's 4,000,000 sf suburban division and is actively involved in tenant relations, marketing, acquisitions, capital programs, and building repositioning. Larry is on the Board of Directors of the Business Council of Westchester.
Gregory Frisoli, Executive Managing Director
Greg Frisoli joined Newmark in January 2013 as executive managing director after a 19-year tenure with Cushman & Wakefield. Gregory focuses on tenant representation, landlord representation, building/land sales and medical office leasing. Over the course of his career, Greg has negotiated some of Westchester and Fairfield Counties’ largest leases and building sales, totaling over seven million square feet. Glenn Walsh, Executive Managing Director
Glenn Walsh serves as an executive managing director in Newmark's office in Rye Brook, New York. Mr. Walsh focuses on landlord representation, building/land sales and medical office leasing.  Mr. Walsh joined Newmark in 2013 after 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as a senior director of the transaction services group at that firm's office in White Plains, New York. Josh Berg, Managing Director
Josh Berg joined Newmark in 2014 and currently serves as a Director in the firm’s New York headquarters. Larry Ruggieri, Senior Managing Director
Larry Ruggieri joined Newmark in January 2013 as an executive managing director. Mr. Ruggieri brings an outstanding 15-year record in Westchester County commercial real estate with a specialty in tenant representation and portfolio leasing, maintaining a 90% or higher occupancy rate. Mr. Ruggieri has completed over 100 transactions annually for the past seven years. Mr. Ruggieri has also brought a number of vacant buildings up to high occupancy levels. He has been involved in a number of building sales, representing both buyers and sellers in Westchester County. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Ruggieri served as a director of the transaction services group of Cushman & Wakefield’s Westchester County, NY, office. During Mr. Ruggieri’s career, he specialized in leasing agencies in which he brought a number of vacant buildings up to 90% or better occupancy levels. Such assignments included 303 South Broadway and 120 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, NY; 800 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, NY; 1133 Westchester Avenue, One North Broadway and 445 Hamilton Avenue White Plains, NY; 440, 550 and 600 Mamaroneck Avenue, Harrison, NY; 220, 222, 226 and 245 Westchester Avenue also in Harrison.
Earlier in his career Mr. Ruggieri spent three years at Newmark & Company Real Estate, a forerunner for Newmark. He is on the board of the United Way and an active member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation in Westchester County.
