About the Property
We are pleased to offer three beach equipment rental opportunities on behalf of the City of Long Beach. The three locations are located at Alamitos Beach, Junipero and Granada, adjacent to the restaurant concessionaires at each location. Prospective concessionaires may submit for each individual location or multiple locations. Interested parties shall complete the questionnaire provided below. Please reach out to the leasing time with any questions, inquiries and/or submittals. It is the goal of the City to continue to increase the use of the coast and enhance the overall experience of beach patrons by developing and maintaining innovative eateries, concession facilities, and services at the Beaches that offer a distinguished and assorted mix of concession options.
