We are a law firm with a primary office in Oakland, and satellite offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. We are opening a larger space in Hayward and downsizing our Oakland space. We have one window office with a view (see pictures) and two potential interior offices. We are happy to offer them individually, or together. The interior offices average $850 to $900 monthly each. If two or three offices are taken then they will include unlimited printing, telephone, internet, and some guaranteed conference room use subject to our continued use and availability. We will continue to keep our fourth office unless someone makes us a deal we cannot refuse for all four of our offices. Each office is essentially next to each other, or across from each other. The rent for each office is offered at a lower or competitive rate than the amount listed from Regus because we have a package and we have been tenants since 2015. Plus, as you know, rent for Class A space in downtown Oakland is insane. I also have a parking space right below the building accessible directly from the building elevator. I believe the cost is around $250, but it can be yours at whatever cost we are charged. We are in the sweet spot in Downtown Oakland, across from City Hall and the Federal Building between Broadway and Clay, right above the 12th St. City Center and BART.
