Broker is Owner. Bought several Dollar Generals in 2017 as part of a tax free exchange. Drove all over the state. They are not all the same. Visited 50 plus. There are a lot of DGs out there. I bought 3. This one is a Dollar General "Plus", the larger format. Comes with Dolgen, Inc guaranty (BBB credit...the best of any dollar chain). Plus stores have more coolers and grocery items. The Plus format is reflective of DG's commitment to this market (way up in the mountains North of West Jefferson and about 30 miles South of the Creeper Trail in Abingdon, Va). Unlike many rural roads, where you might pass 3 Dollar Generals in 20 miles, there is nothing near this one which is at the peak of a number of switchback roads where there are few flats pads to even build something of this size. Store has 13 years left on it and 4 (5) year options. I don't believe Dollar General will be going anywhere for a very long time. Absolute NNN mail box money.
