This property is owned by the Diocese of Richmond Virginia and will only allow us to rent this space(s) to non profit organizations. That would include government, schools service clubs, foundations or similar.
We can offer two options.
Option (1) we are willing to rent the entire second floor of the building, with price negotiable. The second floor is 1/2 flight of stairs up from ground level. There are eight FORMER CLASS ROOMS, 800 SQ. FEET each as well a fully functional office space with three offices, meeting room and kitchenette (6400 SQ. FT + 800 SQ FT central office). We have a small parking lot and ample street parking. The building address is 510 W. Poythress St in Hopewell, but the school and parking are on North 6th Ave. Downtown, bus line, restaurants within walking distance.
Planned modifications: upstairs bathrooms (women's now complete Apr 2021), wheelchair lift, security cameras, campus-wide internet. Flat fee for utilities, including water, sewer, electricity, heat, and dumpster. AC provided by window units. Would put in central A/C for the right client.
Option(2) FORMER CLASS ROOMS, 800 SQ. FEET each. Ideal space for non-profits, educational groups, associations, and small businesses. We will provide basic modifications to the space.
