515 Congress is in the heart of 6th Street and Congress Avenue in Downtown Austin. It is within walking distance of the Warehouse District, 6th Street, and the Capitol. The tower's exterior is clad in a bronze glass curtain wall, and the building's lobby is clad in travertine marble. This building features incredible views of the Capitol, Hill Country, Town Lake, and Downtown. There are nine levels of parking provided in the tower for approximately 350 cars. 515 Congress was newly renovated in 2016, with the main building lobby, elevator lobbies, and other common corridors being updated. There is also a newly delivered conference center (which holds up to 40 people), a fitness center, and five private shower/locker rooms for tenants. The newly constructed 2,500-square-foot outdoor patio area on the east side of the building provides tenants with a private outdoor space to enjoy and congregate with their fellow colleagues. Austin’s Sixth Street District is in the heart of Downtown. It is well-established with some of the city’s best amenities, including world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment. Just a few blocks south of the district is the Colorado River and the extensive Lady Bird Lake Metropolitan Park, providing scenic views and a variety of outdoor recreation opportunities in the city. Commuters and residents can easily get through and around the metro via various city services. Multiple Capital Metro bus stops throughout the district and a neighborhood MetroRail are the most common, local public transit options. Brita Hovde, Senior Associate
Brita Hovde serves as an associate on the agency leasing team in Austin. Her primary responsibilities include conducting critical research, project leasing, and evaluating trends in Austin’s office market. Brita is also involved in supporting Stream’s principal transactions. Prior to joining Stream, Brita worked for Ares Management as an Internal Sales Consultant in their wealth management division in Denver, CO. Brita graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2021 with an emphasis in Real Estate and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. Brita is a passionate advocate for an active and outdoorsy lifestyle, with a deep love for skiing, biking, swimming, and hiking adventures. When she’s not exploring the great outdoors, you can find her in the heart of the city, enjoying the vibrant energy of live music shows and concerts.

Brad is a Managing Director & Partner at Stream Realty Partners.  Brad joined Stream in 2010 and his primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: leading Stream’s Office team, project leasing, tenant representation, and acquisition / disposition services.  Brad is part of the Austin Office Team and is focused on growing the portfolio and the team while providing best in class services to our clients. The Austin Business Journal has consistently designated Brad as a “Heavy Hitter”. Since joining Stream Brad has been involved in over 5,333,000 SF of executed Leases totaling over $1.1 billion in total consideration.  His clients include and have included: KBS, Heitman, CIM, USAA Real Co, AFIAA, Spear Street, MIG, Dividend Capital, HRPT (REIT Management & Research).   He has worked on transactions with some of the biggest names in Austin, including, but not limited to: Google, Oracle, Qualcomm, Under Armor, Dropbox, Athena Health Care, Citizens Inc,  Bank of America, and HomeAway.  Prior to joining Stream, Brad worked for Forestar Group Inc. (FOR) from 2005 – 2010. During his time at Forestar, Brad worked as a Financial Analyst and Development Associate where he focused on the acquisition, entitlement, and development of land development projects in various markets throughout the United States. ? Brad is actively involved in his community.?He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA).?He currently serves as Board President of Travis County MUD #16 and was a past Board Member at Casner Christian Academy.  He’s involved in his local scouting troop as well as his kids sports. ? Brad is a graduate of TCU where he received a BBA in Finance as well as Texas A&M University where he received a Masters of Land Economics and Real Estate.?Brad is an Eagle Scout and loves all aspects of the outdoors.  Brad resides in Austin with his wife and three children.
