Property Overview
515 Congress is in the heart of 6th Street and Congress Avenue in Downtown Austin. It is within walking distance of the Warehouse District, 6th Street, and the Capitol. The tower's exterior is clad in a bronze glass curtain wall, and the building's lobby is clad in travertine marble. This building features incredible views of the Capitol, Hill Country, Town Lake, and Downtown. There are nine levels of parking provided in the tower for approximately 350 cars. 515 Congress was newly renovated in 2016, with the main building lobby, elevator lobbies, and other common corridors being updated. There is also a newly delivered conference center (which holds up to 40 people), a fitness center, and five private shower/locker rooms for tenants.
