Hampton Roads Executive Airport is pleased to announce and offer for lease five new construction aircraft, aviation business or storage corporate hangars in Chesapeake Virginia. Building 32 will be available July 1, 2022. Buildings 35 and 36 will be available Jan 1, 2023. As a public use, privately owned reliever airport, KPVG is home to approximately 250 based aircraft and 20 aviation related businesses operating on site. In addition KPVG has office suites, warehouse space, public conference facilities, and a restaurant. In terms of annual operations, KPVG ranks second in the state for general aviation non-towered airports and ranks in the top 4 for economic activity and job creation. The airport sits on 664 acres of land at the intersection of four major interstate highways - I64, I664, I264 or US58 - approximately 12 miles from downtown Norfolk and the same distance to Northrop Grumman shipyard, the Maersk cargo port facility in Portsmouth, as well as the City of Hampton. The location offers easy access to all Hampton Roads activities and venues, as well as I95 to the west. The buildings are 12,000 ft.² each and will have 90-100 foot wide clear aircraft doors with 28 foot heights.
