The original course was only 9 holes, which is called the back nine today. The additional nine holes opened in 1999-2000, which is called the front nine. There are 300+ homes surrounding the golf course. The original developer developed all the building lots and built around 100 of the homes and the rest were built by other homebuilders. Home values are at?an all-time high. Many of these homes are 17-27 years old. Homeowners with a golf course view usually see a 10% increase in property value as opposed to a similar home in an adjacent subdivision. In the 1990’s the 1 acre building lots sold for $45-$80k depending on the view. In the 2000’s a ¼ acre lot sold for $35-$45k per lot.
