The Town House Motel is a local, family-owned motel near downtown Lusk, Wyoming. It consists of three buildings, has been well maintained, and offers a fantastic established business opportunity. The main building is two stories, with 4,800 square feet and has rooms 1-8, 14 & 16, and the newly remodeled office and breakfast bar area. There are eight upper level rooms that are accessed from the parking area on 5th Street. The living quarters is located behind the office and consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, plus bathrooms that are used for storage. The living quarters could be converted back to an additional motel room if needed. The building to the north is 2,236 square feet and contains rooms 17-23, while the third building on the east side of the property is 840 square feet with the laundry room and rooms 9 and 10. There is a small storage building located toward the rear of the property as well. The Town House Motel has 18 rooms and each are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, alarm clock, telephone, television, and LG heat pump/air conditioner which is individually controlled by the guest. The windows in each guest room are a low-maintenance vinyl which provide natural light and ventilation and are covered with a block-out drape for privacy. Smoke alarms are present in each guest room, along with locking windows and deadbolts on all exterior doors. Most of the rooms have new curtains and artwork along with updated furnishings. Several of the guest rooms have new carpet and linoleum as well as updated AC/heater units. There are two rooms with three queen beds which are very spacious and popular for families; one of these rooms is upstairs while the other is at ground level. There are four rooms with king-size beds; two of these are upstairs while the other two, which are guest favorites, are located on the ground level in a separate, quiet building. Three upstairs rooms have one queen bed in them which are quaint and cozy. The remaining nine rooms have two queen beds in each of them. Two of these rooms are located upstairs and are very spacious. The other seven are at ground level.
