ABOUT SOUTH CENTRAL

South Central is a major office node in Tulsa with the largest amount of office inventory beyond downtown Tulsa. It is located between the urban core and Broken Arrow and borders the Arkansas River. The area boasts excellent highway access including Interstate 44 and U.S. Route 64, making it an easy commute for office workers.

Energy companies are heavily represented in South Central, though the area is also home to firms in finance and insurance, supply chain and logistics and healthcare. The largest tenants include ENGlobal Corporation, Lynnco Supply Chain Solutions, Bank of Oklahoma, and oil field services firm Apache. Office properties here are a mix of urban and suburban architecture, with both single-story properties and mid-rise towers. Office buildings with the largest footprints line Yale Avenue, directly south of LaFortune Park.

Jason graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Finance degree in the spring of 1996 and after realizing that he really didn’t want to be a “banker”, started his real estate career in January 1999 at Walton Property Services, a commercial real estate appraisal firm, under the tutelage of Mr. Steve Walton until February 2002. Jason began his current employment with Case & Associates Properties in March 2002, and has been the manager of the Commercial Property division since that point overseeing all things related to the management and leasing of Case’s now nearly 1 million square feet of commercial space, which includes 3 mid-rise Class A office Buildings, 5 industrial properties, and one retail location. Jason is a current board member of the Tulsa Chapter of Naiop and commits the majority of his civic time to the Tulsa Boys Home and Down syndrome Association of Tulsa. Jason earned his CCIM designation in October of 2010 and plans to complete all of the requirements to achieve his brokerage license in the next 12 months.
Bob Meyer, Commercial Leasing
Bob started his Real Estate career working for Case and Associates 1989. He worked as a porter, painter, and maintenance man on three small properties Case & Associates managed in what is known as the TU area or 6th and Lewis in Tulsa, Ok. Bob was able to work his way into the leasing and management of properties and earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1994. He was involved in a new client company that ultimately purchased 3,000+ apartments units in the metro Tulsa market. He assisted with the structuring of management and operations and was instrumental in the packaging and sale of these units to a non-profit company. This sale was widely regarded as one of the largest apartments deals ever finalized in the Tulsa commercial market. Bob had then joined First Commercial Real Estate Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma where his team brokered more than $450,000,000 in apartment transactions earning the NAIOP's Apartment Deal Of The Year four years in a row. Bob has been back with Case and Associates since 2009 working with the commercial and industrial properties assisting in the leasing and management. Bob believes Real Estate companies should be searching for secrets, skills and tools that will enable them to create and mesh together business processes that are so outstanding that customers will want to stay with and use them, time and time again.
