This includes plans to expand the Amazon facility just 1 mile east of our site, making it the largest Amazon facility in the southeast. The Hawthorne Mills PUD, which is just south of our site along Pipkin, is planned for over 1,500 homes as well as a Crystal Lagoon. We are planning retail uses on the hard corner, and likely along the frontage of County Line, with some industrial uses in the back of the site. The attached concept plan is flexible.
