The site is an irregular shaped property with approximately 60 feet of frontage on Fry Blvd and an approximate depth of 180 feet. Fry Blvd is the main arterial roadway in Sierra Vista. The subject neighborhood extends north of Fry Blvd to the Highway 92 by-pass and south of Fry Blvd. to Buffalo Soldiers Trail.
