Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. ABOUT BETHESDA/CHEVY CHASE

Peter Rosan, Executive Managing Director
Peter Rosan joined the Bethesda, Maryland office of Cushman & Wakefield as a Director in July, 2011. He has completed over 2,000,000 sf of lease transactions and $75 million in Investment Sales in the last nine years. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Rosan was with Grubb & Ellis for five years as Assistant Vice President. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Rosan was a Vice President with GVA Advantis for three years. A native of Maryland, Mr. Rosan specializes in commercial landlord and tenant representation in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan markets.

Before entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Rosan maintained and operated MBNA America’s corporate vessel, Impatience. He is a licensed United States Coast Guard Captain. Mr. Rosan has a B.S. in Science and Business Economics from Lehigh University and is currently affiliated with the Urban Land Institute, Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors (GWCAR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
Kevin McGloon, Executive Director
Kevin J. McGloon is a 25 year veteran of the Suburban Maryland real estate market. Having recently joined Cushman & Wakefield Maryland as a lead on the Agency Leasing team, Mr. McGloon brings a wealth of experience and clients to the platform. Formally with Grubb & Ellis and GVA Advantis, he has generated over $385 Million in Investment Sales and $290 Million in leasing volume over the past 8 years.
Gwen Dominguez, Managing Director
Ms. Dominguez is a  Senior Director on the Brokerage Services Team for Cushman & Wakefield.  As such, she represents local and institutional clients and their real estate portfolios within the Washington Metropolitan region. Her experience with multiple real estate assignments and market information strengthens the team's unmatched knowledge base and client offering.  Ms. Dominguez is instrumental in the creation and implementation of strategic real estate initiatives that match the clients' business goals and objectives.
