The San Diego Energy Equity Campus is a ?ex/of?ce campus development that will utilize cutting edge green/energy sustainability technology and designs throughout the Project and target carbon neutral operations. The SDEEC is targeting LEED Platinum and net zero energy with carbon neutral operations, and will address the City of San Diego's Climate Action plan. Green building and sustainability elements will be incorporated throughout the design of the project; the all-electric building will not be dependent on fossil fuels. The centralized location at Valencia Park sits at the center of several vibrant communities; Valencia Park, Encanto, Skyline, Lincoln Park, and Emerald Hills are all within view of the site. Additionally, the neighborhood bene?ts from ease of access to several major highways that traverse the San Diego Metro Area, including I-805, I-15, and Highway 94. There are approximately 27,000 people and 265,000 people living within a 1 and 3-mile radius of the site, respectively.
