The single-story concrete block building was constructed in 1976. The building is comprised of a large showroom at the front of the building that features large windows and an office space, and warehouse space to the rear. There is a roll up door to access the warehouse from the east side of the building. The warehouse space in not climate controlled. The building’s facade is shadowed by a 550± square foot canopy.
