Belleville Crossing is located at the intersection of State Route 15 and Frank Scott Parkway which sees a combined 36,300 vehicles per day. The subject property abuts Route 15 and has direct visibility from the road. Less than a mile across the highway is the newer construction Belleville West High School with approximately 2,200 students and downtown Belleville is located less than two miles east of the property.
