This is a dominant retail corridor with retailers such as Walgreens, Burger King, and Mobil and Chevron stations. There are new residential neighborhoods and other national retailers nearby. Construction highlights for High Point Storage include concrete driveways, metal buildings, steel framing and standing seam roofs. The facility is equipped with exterior lighting, security cameras, perimeter fencing and gated entry with keypad access. High Point Storage has a large two story on-site office and apartment. The office has ample space for retail sales, truck leasing and customer meetings. High Point Storage was built in phases between 2014 and April 2016. Occupancy has consistently been more than 90% since opening. Current ownership has not aggressively raised rates on existing tenants or instituted tenant insurance options.
