The facility is located just west of Interstate 45 at the northwest corner of FM 517 and FM 646. There are new residential neighborhoods and national retailers with close proximity to High Point Storage. The facility is located at the signalized intersection of FM 517 & FM 646. This is a dominant retail corridor with retailers Walgreens, Burger King, Mobil and Chevron. Construction highlights for High Point Storage include concrete driveways, metal buildings, steel framing and standing seam roofs. The facility is equipped with exterior lighting, security cameras, perimeter fencing and gated entry with keypad access. High Point Storage has a large two story on-site office and apartment. The office has ample space for retail sales, truck rental leasing and customer meeting space. High Point Storage was built in phases between 2014 and April 2016.
