Interior fenestration generally includes wood frame hollow core in wood frame doors with brass plated hardware. Exterior fenestration includes glass in aluminum frame and steel with glass exterior doors. Windows are fixed in aluminum frames. Site improvements include the hard-scape improvements of a rear concrete paved parking and staging area estimated to approximate 17,400 square feet, a concrete paved parking area at the building western elevation for six vehicles, concrete sidewalk, a detached concrete loading dock component and approximately 520 lineal feet of 6 foot high cyclone type fencing being served by a double gate.
