Site improvements include the hard-scape improvements of a rear concrete paved parking and staging area estimated to approximate 17,400 square feet, a concrete paved parking area at the building western elevation for six vehicles, concrete sidewalk, a detached concrete loading dock component and approximately 520 lineal feet of 6 foot high cyclone type fencing being served by a double gate. Green-scape improvements generally include grassed areas, various flowering bushes, shrubs and heavy tree coverage along the Christopher Drive frontage extending southernly to the northern side of the perimeter fencing
