A newly built two-story, 5,700± SF retail/office building, will be delivered core and shell finish as part of the Residences at Riverfront Landing. This project is located on the bank of the Merrimack River, near downtown Nashua, and along one of the City of Nashua’s most actively traveled commuter corridors, with traffic counts of 37,030± ADT (per Kalibrate Technologies 2000). The first floor is designed to accommodate retail/office users with unit sizes ranging from 650± to 1,300± SF. The second floor is intended for a restaurant or retail with 1,550± to 3,100± SF. Both floors take full advantage of the river views with a paved patio at grade level and an exterior deck on the second floor. Ownership will provide a generous tenant improvement allowance.
