However, some guests have said the best part of their vacation was spending time at Inn at the Lake. Generations have enjoyed the spacious dining room with vaulted ceilings and open flame fireplace. The dining room could easily be used as a commercial restaurant open to the public or kept for the use of the Inn’s guests only. The large commercial grade kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals for many. There is plenty of dry storage as well as a large walk-in cooler and freezer. Dining can flow outside to the small patio as well and you can enjoy incredible views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There is also a large fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows and keeping warm on our cool Colorado evenings. There are ten, en-suite rooms currently including king rooms, twin bunk beds with a queen bed, two queen beds or a queen room. Each room has a private bathroom and views to the lake from the shared deck/balcony. For the owner/manager, there is a one bedroom apartment above the kitchen with a private entrance. Additionally, on the backside of the building is the laundry area and 4 staff rooms with two shared bathrooms. There are many options available to someone looking to continue to run a successful hotel/B&B in this stunning location!
