Scotty (as he was dubbed by his late grandfather) is a family man, married to wife, Amy, for 20 years. Their family includes 4 children; Slater, twins, Lincoln and Vaughn, and Ivy. An avid exercise enthusiast, Scott has ridden his bicycle from San Francisco to San Diego 3 times with his 68 year old father. He also enjoys spending time with immediate and extended family, attending sporting events, volunteer with his church and local homeless shelter, travel, reading and always striving to better himself in life, business and as a husband and father.
Scott went back to his “roots” and is the founder of a new restaurant concept called Roots Burger Bar, reopening his original restaurant in Muncie, Indiana on the campus of Ball State University. Scott is also the founder of Evolve Youth Esports in Carmel, Indiana. He created a space for kids 9-17 to socialize, learn and play esports.
