The Rickenbacker submarket is the largest submarket in Columbus, nearing 100M SF. With limited development opportunities and traffic congestion in Rickenbacker, the SE/33 corridor has begun to attract the attention of tenants and developers as a viable alternative location in the SE market of Columbus.
