We are a local property management / real estate firm at 609 St Marys St 27605. We only occupy 2 of 3 offices, so we are looking to rent the other 1. We'd only require a 3 month commitment with one month security deposit. 30 days notice is all that's required to cancel. So we're looking to make it simple and easy for low key professionals to have a great place to work quietly. Has a very nice desk already in place. The only drawback with this property is that we're limited on parking spaces so would need to be a very low traffic situation. So we're looking for someone who rarely serves customers and mainly wants a nice space for private focus The property itself is located in downtown Raleigh right off the corner of Peace and St Marys, and across the street from Broughton High School. Cameron Village, 5 Points, and all of Downtown are within walking distance (or scooter!). Wade Ave offers easy access to almost all major highways and we chose this location specifically for it's central location & convenience. Also 2 blocks over are Glenwood South, Mellow Mushroom, etc. Finally, we are right in the midst of the huge apartment boom occurring around Glenwood. Best to set up a time to swing by in advance. Gorgeous hardwoods throughout, oversized baseboards, soft custom paint colors. Features a full kitchen (we'll provide some basics) and a big back deck we'll be furnishing and including a grill. Also a reasonable amount of attic space if additional storage is needed. Very high ceilings too for a classy look. All in all it has the look and feel of a historic home and we hope to accent this with the furnishings. They'll be minimal and nothing too extravagant, but nice. A basic lobby with chairs and a couple small tables. Finally, you'll notice a lot of parking, but the dentist next door is the owner and our lease only allows a few spaces, he will be using the rest so there will be a fair amount of vehicles in there. Of course they'll keep to themselves though. Utilities included are... High speed wireless. Power, water, sewer, trash. No phone or TV. The office is pretty large, about 20X15 and has a closet and a windows. In general it's a very nice place with a homey feel. There would be a total of 3-4 people working in a pretty large building.
