11 Approved units are to be 2 bedrooms / 1.5 baths with the option to finish the approx. 350 s.f. unfinished attic into a 3rd bedroom, office or playroom. A 3/4 bath may also be possible on the attic level. There is an existing HOA of 3 townhouses on the property that are owned by owner-occupants who purchased these units between July 2018 and May 2019. The 11 new units will become a second HOA on the property. Nine of the eleven townhouses will have 1 garage parking at grade and 1 on-site parking for a total of 2 parking spots per unit. The other 2 units in the corner will have basements but no garage, and 1 on-site parking.
