Required by Wake-County before signing the lease: Minor commercial permit application will be required by WAKE-county to take occupancy, $100 fee, and septic verification/D permit (completed Environmental Improvement application within the commercial permit application packet) with $260 fee. The commercial permit application can be found in the link below. These fees will be paid to Wake County by Tenants, not to us (landlord), we will assist you in regards to getting the permit before the lease is signed or any security deposit is paid.
