East Side RV Park is a 30 space long term occupancy Park, located in the commercial center of Newport, Oregon. The Park looks like an RV Park with all 5th Wheels, but it allows long term occupants only, and has no weekly or daily residents. The Park operates on a strict set of rules and each tenant has been vetted carefully before admission. This allows the Park to serve what appears to be high demand for conveniently located, affordable housing of this type, in a quiet community environment. The park’s RV status allows more favorable management controls than a Mobile Home Park. Previously the Park had a number of older single wide mobile homes. Over the past several years, the Owner has removed and demolished all of the single wide homes, added an attractive wooden perimeter fence, and substantially rehabbed the Park’s two story building.
