The building’s architecture will include recycled brick at the retail ground floor with blackened steel window frames and a large art mural. Second level creative space will be surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass looking out onto wrap-around terraces. The tower’s exterior skin will be board-formed concrete with large steel-framed windows and sunshades. Balconies will be lined with metal mesh and glass balusters. The rooftop pavilion will be all-glass with a floating wood-paneled ceiling featuring an array of natural materials, native trees and plantings. From a sustainability perspective, the design team is targeting LEED’s highest certification, Platinum. Shared amenities in the project will include a second-floor fitness center and residents’ lounge adjacent to a large roof-deck for indoor/outdoor exercise, weight training, yoga and dance. Private outdoor lounge areas, vegetation and fire-pits will populate the deck. The all-glass rooftop pavilion will include a sky-lounge and a private dining/meeting space which will anchor a broad roof deck including a 25 meter swimming pool, games and barbecue stations.
