The Quality Inn Conference Center Jacksonville is a 174-room hotel consisting of 56 interior units and 118 exterior units. The property is concrete construction with a stucco finish on the exterior. The property was built in 1981 and consists of three guest room buildings and one lobby building that houses a restaurant & bar with full kitchen, a conference center for 300 people, breakout meeting space and an indoor pool. In 2019 current ownership spent nearly $2,300,000 in renovation costs creating the nicest exterior corridor product in Jacksonville. A complete list of renovations completed to date is provided in the following pages. The current Cap. Ex. schedule completed full guestroom and bathroom renovations on 124 guestrooms and 16 additional guestrooms received a full guestroom renovation but did not receive any bathroom renovations. In addition, all guestroom buildings received new roofs, the breakfast areas and some of the meeting spaces were renovated. Current ownership does not plan to open 34 rooms in the west building as those face the highway. These rooms are currently used as storage.
