The main mall has approximately 383,784 square feet of common area and small tenant spaces. In addition to the main mall, there are four anchor spaces consisting of approximately 701,904 square feet. Two of the anchor spaces (former Dillard’s and JC Penney) contain approximately 392,896 square feet.
