The subject property is located at the intersection of Dublin Boulevard and Village Parkway, with its major street exposure to Dublin Boulevard has heavy traffic. Construction of the long-needed I-680 access is now underway. The north access ramp is now open and located directly behind the subject property. Several other access ramps that are under construction on the west side of I-680 will also benefit the property. Completion of this freeway project will provide access to Dublin that did not exist prior to this construction.
