Prime location at the interchange of I-96 and Lansing Road. The site sits at the gateway to the major industrial and warehousing section of the Greater Lansing area. According to the Michigan Department Of Transportation, there are 46,311 daily travelers at that point of I-96, 37,289 daily travelers at that point of I-69, and 21,104 daily travelers at that point of Lansing Road. This is a combined total of 83,600 daily travelers on the two interstates. There are approximately 15,000 people employed within a 5-mile radius of the site. The major employers in the 5-mile radius include the State of Michigan, General Motors, the Michigan State Police, the Meijer Distribution Center, Amazon, and by June 2021, a new Board of Water and Light plant that will bring an additional 1,200 jobs to the area.
