About the Property
The Penguin Building was built in the 50's to house Penguin Drug, the local post office and doctors' offices. It is a historic building in the Historic Westminster Art District. It was built by Raymond Nielsen and Ira Welt, the father and grandfather of the current owners of the building. The space (7265) that was currently Ceremony is beautifully done.
