Former Ledyard School constructed in 1961 now open to businesses looking for space to lease.
We currently have:
- A beautiful fully renovated 2,000-4,500 square-foot daycare facility, move in ready, with a playground. We are state and town approved for this facility.
- 825 square-foot office spaces located in the front of the building
-One 2,500 square-foot space also located in the front of the building
Who is leasing already? Currently we have a grocery store, barber, physical therapy center, package store, coffee shop, and a jewelry store happily leasing with us.
