Mr. Libby has successfully marketed, leased, acquired, and/or developed over 100 medical office buildings totaling over 5,000,000 square feet throughout California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and Missouri.
Prior to MedCore Realty, Mr. Libby was Vice President of Leasing and a member of the national Healthcare Advisory Group for PM Realty Group (PMRG), where he lead business development and leasing transactions for both PMRG’s medical portfolio and the company’s third-party clientele in North Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri.
Before his contributions to PMRG, Mr. Libby was a Senior Leasing Associate with The Cirrus Group where he lead two associates and the marketing and leasing of a 1,000,000 square foot portfolio for one of the nation’s largest REIT’s throughout California, Utah, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas.
D CEO Magazine has named Mr. Libby a Power Broker in 2021, 2020, 2019,2018, 2017, and 2011 recognizing his production within Dallas/Fort Worth medical real estate market. In 2009, Black’s Guide named him in its Top 35 Under 35 list. Within the same year, Mr. Libby was recognized as PMRG’s Top Producer for Dallas/Fort Worth Market. Michael Collins, Managing Director of Brokerage
As a medical real estate specialist, Mr. Collins has worked with large healthcare systems, REIT’s, healthcare operating companies, and hundreds of physicians for all their real estate needs. Mr. Collins has expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, development, tenant and landlord representation, construction management, hospital operations, and feasibility studies.
Most recently, Mr. Collins worked for Texas Health Resources (“THR”), one of the largest faith-based nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States and the largest in North Texas in terms of patients served. He represented THR’s interest in 250+ locations all over north Texas, with lease space in excess of 1,400,000 square feet. During his time with THR he executed lease transactions with a value in excess of $300 million and handled construction management of capital projects of more than $7 million. He also worked with hospital executives with strategic planning and initiatives for de-novo development projects.
Before his contributions to Texas Health Resources, Mr. Collins held several roles during his tenure at The Cirrus Group including a leasing representative, asset manager and development manager. He handled all phases of the delivery of healthcare real estate assets from business development and relationship management to directing design, leasing, finance and construction teams through the completion of Cirrus projects. This includes sourcing projects, site selection, negotiating leases, performing due diligence, arranging equity and debt financings, structuring partnerships, and instituting operational efficiencies post-closing to disposition. Over his career, Mr. Collins has successfully marketed, leased, acquired, and/or developed 25 assets in 5 states (Texas, Oklahoma, Nevada, Utah and Louisiana).
Mr. Collins holds a BBA in real estate finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas and is a member of several real estate organizations.
