The Dillon Hall Apartment Complex consists of One (1) Two story building totaling 17,108+- square foot building that sits on roughly 0.726+-acres of land. Dillon Hall also known as 75 Day Street in Fitchburg, was once the home to the old Dillon Elementary School. This centrally located building, minutes from downtown Fitchburg, has recently been redeveloped and converted to a new state of the art student housing complex. Dillon Hall is now the new home to forty-five (45) students, living off-campus, that have the on campus convenience of Fitchburg State University. There is free shuttle service available to Fitchburg State students that runs all throughout campus. This shuttle stop is conveniently located outside the Recreation Center, which is one block from Dillon Hall. Dillon Hall offers on-site parking for all of its tenants on a first come, first serve basis. There are additional parking spaces available at the municipal garage, a short distance away.
