Be a part of activating Gourmet Alley as Gilroy's new downtown destination, for shopping, dining and playing, of course. Located in an alley in the downtown historic district, we plan to offer restaurants, shops, entertainment galore and coming soon a boutique hotel. Built in 1900, this building was initially combined with 7517 Monterey but was later divided into two brick commercial buildings. This building is a rectangular shaped single-story commercial structure whose most distinctive historical features is the variated parapet along the roof-line. IT is currently going undergoing a significant renovation in 2020 where we will be faithful to its history and restore the entry to a deeply recessed entry that is framed by large framed plate glass. This building will have a large patio on Gourmet Alley to provide outdoor seating. When the building has been fully renovated it will include all new services, sprinkler systems and meet all ADA requirements.
