ABOUT MIDTOWN

Midtown is one of Atlanta’s premier office districts, and boasts a robust live/work/play environment.

Nicole Goldsmith, Senior Vice President
Nicole Goldsmith is a Senior Vice President of CBRE specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners. Nicole has established herself as a market expert known for her attention to detail and creative marketing strategies. She has a proven track record of strategically repositioning underperforming assets including Atlantic Station, Salesforce Tower and Bank of America Plaza.

Since joining CBRE in 2010, Nicole and her team have completed more than 11 million rentable square feet of office leasing consisting of more than 1,200 transactions. Chris Port, Executive Vice President
Chris Port is an Executive Vice President in the Asset Services division of CBRE. In 2005, Mr. Port was the #1 Top Producer in the office category for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors with more than $79 million in leasing volume and is consistently in the top 10 annually. In 2009, Mr. Port and his partners completed more than 1 million square feet in leasing transactions including three of the largest office deals of the year and again was awarded the #1 Top Producer in the office category for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and NAIOP with more than $67 million in leasing volume. Lastly, Mr. Port earned national recognition as a member of the Coldwell Colbert Circle which is awarded to the Top 100 producers within CBRE.
